What are the workouts like?
To help you to get lean, strong, and healthy, Megan leads you through a 25-35 minute strength-training or cardio workout every day for 3 weeks. Ideally, you’ll start on a Monday and commit to her schedule. Sundays feature a recovery workout to get you ready for the next week.
